Chemlease® 2134是一種溶劑基的半永久性脫模劑，專為復(fù)合材料行業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)，并提供簡(jiǎn)單的一步操作。該產(chǎn)品需要很輕的使用在模具表面并干燥。一旦產(chǎn)品干燥，模具表面原來(lái)的拋光程度就會(huì)出來(lái)。使用該產(chǎn)品能夠獲得最大的耐久性。

物理特性
外觀無(wú)色透明液體
密度, lbs/gal; kg/l 6.08; 0.73
閃點(diǎn), ºF/ºC 40/4
儲(chǔ)存期,未開桶 12個(gè)月

應(yīng)用
在使用Chemlease® 2134之前，模具表面必須清洗。(參看Chemlease® Mold Cleaner數(shù)據(jù)表。)
在干凈的棉布上蘸去小量產(chǎn)品，擦拭在模具表面，形成平滑連續(xù)的薄膜。
如果擦拭后不能形成連續(xù)的薄膜，需要在棉布上多加一些產(chǎn)品，再次進(jìn)行擦拭。
重復(fù)上述操作直到整個(gè)模具表面都被覆蓋。
操作后需要等待10分鐘，待其干燥。
用同樣的操作，完成五遍
最后一次操作后，最少等待30分鐘待其固化。
然后開始生產(chǎn)，直到脫模發(fā)生困難。
當(dāng)脫模出現(xiàn)困難的時(shí)候用Chemlease® Mold Cleaner清潔模具, 再使用Chemlease® 2134一次，固化15分鐘后可以進(jìn)行生產(chǎn)。

儲(chǔ)存
不要在高于120°F/49°C的溫度下儲(chǔ)存。防止冷凍。保持容器密封以防止產(chǎn)品揮發(fā)或是污染。如果在低溫下儲(chǔ)存，在使用前需要加熱到室溫。

操作
我們相信在建議指導(dǎo)下正確使用Chemlease® 2134不會(huì)帶來(lái)大的危險(xiǎn)。若要得到更多信息，請(qǐng)索取安全數(shù)據(jù)表（MSDS）。

包裝
Chemlease® 2134的可用包裝為1升, 1加侖, 5加侖和55加侖。

Though I am faithful to MMOs and should not talk much about non-MMOs, a piece of news inspires me to make an exception. The news says that Blizzard will launch a cash-based auction house for Diablo 3 and make money from generated transactions.

Blizzard puts a great deal of energy into promoting Diablo 3 in a seemingly reasonable and considerate manner, but the point is just what we said above. To tell the truth, there"s nothing serious, except the "magnificent" cash-based service.
Why do we use the word "magnificent"? The reason is that a lot of games in Europe and America are capable of offering such a service actually, but no one has tried over years.
Suppressing cash transactions is the last principle game companies need adhere to!
I"m not saying that the adhesion to the principle is a rational imperative, but trying to show a company"s transition in overall corporate values. Whether you"ll support the company continuously just depends on yourselves.
I don"t know how much you know about Blizzard or other game companies. As far as I know, Blizzard is always in opposition to secret cash transactions like gold trading, gold farming and in support of fair gameplay in World of Warcraft.
