BU - Polyurethanes Elastomer
Location: Guangzhou 廣州
Main Responsibilities:
· Realize sales, volume and profit targets
· Explore new business opportunities in Composite market to use PUR composite with BD support
· Develop and maintain regular contact and proactive relationship with existing and potential customers in order to identify and realize sales opportunities and to maximize sales and profits
· Provide basic technical service and trouble shooting at the customer
· Manage communication to Business Development (BD) department
· Implement marketing & customer strategies
· Take relevant sales decisions
· Manage customer portfolio (may include responsibility for key accounts)
· Analyze market (Composite/PUR), alternative materials and market activities and react quickly
· Ensure collection of account receivable
Qualifications & Experience:
· Minimum 4 years technical experience site in Unsaturated Polyester/epoxy/other composite business, preferable with some manufacturing experience
· University graduate in preferably Engineering, Polymer/ Chemistry, with good business acumen and some commercial experience
· Interested in new start up business with flexibility
· High willingness to travel
· Very good communication, interpersonal & marketing skills
· Good skills in written and spoken English and Mandarin/ MS office skills
