摘 要 ：   在分析 T8 0 0碳纖維表面上膠劑 的基礎上 ，系統(tǒng)研究了適用于制備高性能 T8 0 0碳纖維復合材料 的樹脂
基體 ，測試 了樹脂澆注體及其復合材料 的力學性能和熱機械性能 ，研究 了樹脂基體 對 T8 0 0碳 纖維復合材 料界面
性能的影響。結果 表明，T8 0 0碳纖維表面上膠劑 中酯基含量較 高 ，與縮水甘 油酯類 環(huán)氧樹 脂有 良好的界 面相容
性 ，經(jīng)復配和優(yōu)化 的樹脂體 系其 T8 0 0碳纖維復合材料 的層 間剪切強度達到 1 3 8   MP a，NOL環(huán)拉伸強度達到 2 5 3 0  
MP a ，玻璃化溫度(   ) 達到 2 1 3 ℃，具有優(yōu)異的界面性能和耐熱性能 。
