    以下是我公司對(duì)【工藝工程師】的招聘條件：   

   1.主要職責(zé)
     Duties and Responsibilities：
1.1 制造工藝及相關(guān)設(shè)備的準(zhǔn)備和維護(hù)詳細(xì)的工作說(shuō)明。
       Prepare and maintain detailed work instructions for manufacturing processes and related equipment.

1.2 協(xié)調(diào)制造推出的新訂/經(jīng)修訂的產(chǎn)品，包括確定目標(biāo)，發(fā)展過(guò)程，訓(xùn)練團(tuán)隊(duì)成員，并評(píng)估結(jié)果。
       Coordinate the manufacturing launch of new/revised products including establishing goals, developing processes, training team members, and evaluating the results.

1.3 授予與管理，工程，生產(chǎn)，質(zhì)量和其他工作人員就制造能力，生產(chǎn)進(jìn)度和其他因素，促進(jìn)生產(chǎn)流程。
       Confer with management, engineering, production, quality and other staff regarding manufacturing capabilities, production schedules, and other considerations to facilitate production processes.

1.4 賦予與銷(xiāo)售，計(jì)劃，設(shè)計(jì)人員，產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)和模具，以確保高效的生產(chǎn)方法和質(zhì)量的結(jié)果。
   Confer with sales, planning, and design staff concerning product design and tooling to ensure efficient production methods and quality results.

1.5設(shè)計(jì)，開(kāi)發(fā)，測(cè)試和/或源和成本的理由建議制造方法的各種工具，機(jī)械和設(shè)備。賦予與供應(yīng)商，以確定產(chǎn)品規(guī)格和購(gòu)買(mǎi)機(jī)械和設(shè)備的安排，根據(jù)規(guī)格和質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
   Design, develop, test, and/or source and cost-justify various tools, machinery and equipment for recommended manufacturing methods. Confer with vendors to determine product specifications and arrange for purchase of machinery and equipment according to specifications and quality standards.

1.6 應(yīng)用統(tǒng)計(jì)方法和執(zhí)行產(chǎn)品/過(guò)程的分析，為降低成本，提高服務(wù)質(zhì)量，和提高效率。
      Apply statistical methods and perform product/process analysis for cost reduction, quality improvement, and improved efficiency.

1.7 代表跨職能團(tuán)隊(duì)的制造/工程。
   Represent manufacturing/engineering on cross-functional teams.

1.8 執(zhí)行其他有關(guān)職責(zé)和特殊項(xiàng)目作為分配。
    Perform other related duties and special projects as assigned.
      
      2.教育/工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)
         Education and Experience：
    在機(jī)械，制造或合成材料工程學(xué)士學(xué)位。
    需要最少3-5年相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
    B.S degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing or Composites Engineering
        Minimum 3-5 years related experience required.
      
     3.計(jì)算機(jī)能力
    Computer Skills：
        計(jì)算機(jī)熟練
    Computer  proficiency
     
      4.語(yǔ)言能力
     Language Skills：
     良好的溝通在書(shū)面和口頭英語(yǔ)
     Good communication in both written and oral English.
      
       5.其他技能與能力
          Other Skills and Abilities:

5.1  持續(xù)改善和精益生產(chǎn)技術(shù)。
        Kaizen and Lean Manufacturing techniques.

5.2 能夠熟練使用CAD/ CAM的能力
    CAD/CAM proficiency.

5.3 有 AutoCAD, SolidWorks, ProE, Unigraphics or similar programs等軟件的操作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
      Experience with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, ProE, Unigraphics or similar programs.

5.4 機(jī)模具設(shè)計(jì)和成型
       Machine tooling design and molding.

5.5 項(xiàng)目管理：組織和管理，通過(guò)多種產(chǎn)品的制造過(guò)程的能力。
       Project Management: ability to organize and manage multiple products through manufacturing process.

5.6 質(zhì)量的方向和高度重視細(xì)節(jié)。
      Quality orientation and high attention to detail.

5.7 與供應(yīng)商，客戶(hù)和員工一同協(xié)作的工作能力。
      Ability to work with vendors, customers and employees.

5.8 優(yōu)秀的人際關(guān)系和溝通技巧。
      Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

5.9 有與高效工作團(tuán)隊(duì)一同協(xié)作的經(jīng)驗(yàn)
       Experience working with high performance teams.

5.10 保持一個(gè)安全的工作環(huán)境的能力。
         Ability to maintain a safe work environment.

5.11 執(zhí)行問(wèn)題的分析和解決問(wèn)題的能力
       Ability to perform problem analysis and problem resolution.
