職位描述如下：

Mission

1. Manage LMVP Tools focusing on industrialized qualification, maintenance and capacity monitoring.

2. Set up and optimize manufacture process in local supplier to ensure local parts with good quality and economical price.

Responsibility

1. Manage new tools qualification and process seting up for localization, industrialization and duplication project,

2. Be in charge of mass production tools maintenance, spare parts and capacity management

3. Contribute to local tools and parts purchase with good quality and lower price.

4. Provide tooling and process technical support for internal needs

5. Audit & qualify tooling-concerned suppliers for existing & new product needs

Team work

1. With Purchase Team to realize the tool transfer & supplier management.

2. With Technical engineer in JV to realize the evolution of tool and duplication tool qualification.

3. With SSQM to follow up the process in supplier side, identify the problem and make action plan.

Requirment:

Compulsory: Junior College or above; Major in Mechanical

Ideal: Degree of Bachelor ; Major in Tooling Design & Manufacture

With localization team and industrial project deploy team to realize the new tools qualification

Compulsory: At least 6 years experience of plastic mold & process in manufacture companies

And at least 2 years experience of project management or leader ship

Ideal: Experience of BMC and SMC thermoset process is plus
