LM的Super root technology 和Super blade technology 經(jīng)過幾年折騰，看來不是吹的。

碳纖維看來功不可沒。在50米以上的葉片當(dāng)中，碳纖維的部分使用和設(shè)計(jì)的改進(jìn)，可以帶來三分之一的質(zhì)量減輕！[s:7]


TPI 的創(chuàng)新概念葉片設(shè)計(jì)也是相當(dāng)?shù)睦兹?。居然?0米的葉片重量拉到了10噸一下。

我看見2.5mw的機(jī)艙罩就覺得好大了，要是10mw的話是不是要一個(gè)車間那么大了啊。。。。長見識(shí)了。。嘿嘿。。。

碳纖維沒那么容易用上的 [s:1] ，目前大部分碳纖維的原料聚丙烯晴纖維價(jià)格已經(jīng)是國內(nèi)的王牌玻璃纖維價(jià)格的幾倍了，而且碳纖維制造過程能耗特高，產(chǎn)品價(jià)格是玻璃纖維的十幾倍到二十幾倍，估計(jì)只有超大的葉片主要承載部分可以用，例如主梁，當(dāng)然碳玻混編更好了。 [s:1]
