陽江科力工貿(mào)有限公司是一位美籍華人在廣東陽江創(chuàng)辦的一家造船廠，董事長中文不是很好，所以要求應(yīng)聘者英語水平必須達(dá)到聽、說、寫非常熟練。目前公司正在籌建中，需要招聘一位董事長助理，主要協(xié)助董事長做一些管理及公司發(fā)展的工作，如下是對此工作的具體要求：

Job description:
1)a loyal assistance. that protect company interest.
2)accounting is needed,undrestand rules, regulations, negotiation,
3)go to meetings, and understand and be a good listener
4)understand composite is not needed, we could allways teach,and we could sent him/her to special class,or school.
5)understand who is good to us, who is not. (the ability to understand what people say, with out them saying it, be a very good listener.and good at perception)
6)he/she is me when i am not around.(must be in constant communication with me)
7)a good manager.(do not let fellow woker be befriend you, he/ she must know he/she is the boss,3ndboss).
