各位對于產(chǎn)品有內(nèi)翻法蘭的是怎么密封的，我聽說在法蘭上加上密封膠條，如做RTM用的膠條，不知各位是怎么做的，請教一下

微小的氣泡肯定是避免不了的，要是氣泡比較大的話我估計很有可能是漏氣了，類似以上架橋的問題我以前也經(jīng)常遇到，我們的解決辦法是充分保證整個系統(tǒng)的真空度的同時，在某些部位完全壓實！

我現(xiàn)在使用干法成型,經(jīng)常在有形狀的地方(如突起一個平臺)產(chǎn)生搭橋,不是富樹脂就是有大的空洞,后來使用螺旋管壓在該處,搭橋的問題是解決了,但是又在相同的地方出現(xiàn)大面積的小氣泡,還有在保證密封的情況下，在樹脂導入過程中，未見有泄露或反應產(chǎn)生氣泡，但是固化脫模后在局部產(chǎn)生密布的氣泡。我使用的短切氈.望各位賜教.謝了!

現(xiàn)在歐陽那兒有一種導膠層可以保留在產(chǎn)品上，不必去除。
這樣就省去了peelply，對于降低一般產(chǎn)品VIM成型成本大大地有利。
這個方法本身不是很難，只是精神壓力較大。

真空袋不能做夾芯材料？不是吧，現(xiàn)在游艇都采用這樣的方法啊。中間為PVC泡沫芯材，兩邊為FRP，一次成型??！
