This company is specialing in the production of SMC, BMC- Bulk molding compound, which have passed the quality system certification ISO9001,2000. The company's employee reaches 60 persons, and its total sale exceeds fifty millions Yuan.

Industrial introduction
Ⅰ.Brife introduction of SMC
SMC is the short form of “sheet moulding compound”. This is a raw material for mold pressing. The core is chopped strand and unsaturated polyester resins paste that are covered by LDPE & HDPE sheet. It is 3mm-6mm thick , 600mm-1200mm wide and packing in rolls or boxes. When using , be sure to cut , weigh , uncover film, and join in the heat up mould, after adding high presure and preserve a time, then you can take off membrane to get the product.
Ⅱ.Application of SMC
1. Apply to the auto industrial:
Developed country such as Europ, America and Japan have adpoted SMC in the auto-making, including car, train, tractor and motorcycle,ect. Major application parts include following kinds:
?· Suspension element, around bumper and appearance plate
?· Auto body and the parts of auto body, the housing of auto body, hard shell roof, floor and door, radiator protects railings board, front board, step, luggage storehouse blind flange and sunshade are sought , wing son board, engine cover, lamp reflector.
?· Engine cover parts, such as air-condition ware shell and wind scooper, air inlet duct covers , Dao Pian encloses fan, heater blind flange, the parts of water tank, braking system Tong parts, as well as the bracket of storage battery, engine acoustic septum.
?· Vehicle decoration parts, the door board of interior trim, door handle, instrument plate turns to bar parts, mirror frame and seat.
?· The parts of electrical equipment such as pump cover, the drives such as gear acoustic septum systematic element. In which, especially the bumper, roof, former face parts, engine cover, engine acoustic septum and around wing board are most important. Their output is the biggest.

Ⅲ.The influence of SMC to environment
It is proved that this project do not have obvious problem of environmental pollution,since the SMC encloses intactly, and few styrene gases are discharged. Accroding to the national standard (TJ36-79), in workshop, the styrene density must be lower than 40mg/m3, and this project is totally accord with international stipulation. Waste gas may convulsions emission. It do not have the problem of sewage disposal since the the water is no need in the production process. Besides, the production makes little noise.
