關(guān)于真空袋的工藝

我現(xiàn)在使用干法成型,經(jīng)常在有形狀的地方(如突起一個(gè)平臺(tái))產(chǎn)生搭橋,不是富樹脂就是有大的空洞,后來使用螺旋管壓在該處,搭橋的問題是解決了,但是又在相同的地方出現(xiàn)大面積的小氣泡,還有在保證密封的情況下，在樹脂導(dǎo)入過程中，未見有泄露或反應(yīng)產(chǎn)生氣泡，但是固化脫模后在局部產(chǎn)生密布的氣泡。我使用的短切氈.望各位賜教.謝了!

微小的氣泡肯定是避免不了的，要是氣泡比較大的話我估計(jì)很有可能是漏氣了，類似以上架橋的問題我以前也經(jīng)常遇到，我們的解決辦法是充分保證整個(gè)系統(tǒng)的真空度的同時(shí)，在某些部位完全壓實(shí)！
