復(fù)合材料天然氣氣瓶設(shè)計(jì)的幾個(gè)問題
陳汝訓(xùn)( 陜西動(dòng)力機(jī)械研究所西安710025)文摘討論了汽車用復(fù)合材料天然氣氣瓶的使用條件。推導(dǎo)出氣瓶圓筒段、封頭、接頭和內(nèi)襯的設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算公式。在不增加氣瓶總質(zhì)量的情況下,得到了提高封頭疲勞強(qiáng)度的設(shè)計(jì)方法。討論了纏繞張力控制對(duì)提高纖維發(fā)揮強(qiáng)度的重要性。文中提出的設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算方法可供復(fù)合材料天然氣氣瓶初步設(shè)計(jì)參考。關(guān)鍵詞復(fù)合材料。氣瓶,內(nèi)村,纏繞張力
