2.Requirement:
(1) graduate from university or college;
(2)at least 2 year sales experience;
(3)technical knowledge e.g.polyester resin, building materials and mechanical. the relevant profes sional knowledge on artificial marble and sanitary ware application in domestic cast polymer industry;
(4)highly independent and motivated individual with the tenacity to overcome challenges with a positive attitude.
(5)market sentient; good personality and interpersonal ability;team work spirit, be able to use PC and read technology documents in English .good oral is prefer..
3.Special function / Responsibility:
(1)According to the plan made by the sales department, be responsible for the sales job in the area and take back the money in time;
(2)Open up the market; increase the number of our customers and the reputation of Gruber;
(3)Connect with/contact the customers frequently and supply the business information in time;
(4)Made an annual plan, a monthly plan and weekly plan on sales in the area and put them into reality.
(5)Made an annual report, a monthly report and a weekly report on business trip in the area and put them into reality;
(6)Cooperate with financial department and control the fund which should be taken back under the permission of Gruber;
(7)Send the feedback of the information on market strategy, product quality, competitive price of the rivals to the sales department manager;
(8)Send the feedback of the information about the technology which the customers require to the technology service persons and help to make the technology service job done smoothly;
(9)Keep the letters, the faxes, the contracts, and the changes of the prices and the registration of delivering goods in files.

1)本科或大專

3)具有一定的聚酯樹脂,建筑材料和機(jī)械的專業(yè)知識(shí)。對(duì)國內(nèi)市場的聚合物澆鑄工業(yè)有一定的了解,尤其在人造石和衛(wèi)浴潔具領(lǐng)域的應(yīng)用。
4)高度的主觀能動(dòng)性和工作能力,具備積極和堅(jiān)韌的心態(tài),去迎接和克服挑戰(zhàn)。
5)具有良好的市場意識(shí),性格,溝通能力和團(tuán)隊(duì)精神。會(huì)使用電腦,英文閱讀技術(shù)資料及一定的口語能力。
3.工作職責(zé)
1)根據(jù)部門/團(tuán)隊(duì)制定的計(jì)劃,負(fù)責(zé)相關(guān)區(qū)域的銷售工作及及時(shí)回款
2)打開市場,拓展新業(yè)務(wù)關(guān)系,推廣公司新產(chǎn)品。增加客戶數(shù)量,提高格魯伯公司的聲譽(yù)
3)與客戶保持密切聯(lián)系及接觸,鞏固與老客戶的業(yè)務(wù)及聯(lián)系,并及時(shí)反饋業(yè)務(wù)信息
4)制訂年度、月度及周銷售計(jì)劃并加以落實(shí)
5)及時(shí)寫好月度工作報(bào)告及年度總結(jié)報(bào)告
6)與財(cái)務(wù)部門一起控制應(yīng)收款,及時(shí)回款
7)及時(shí)反饋市場策略、產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量、競爭對(duì)手價(jià)格等信息給銷售部經(jīng)理
8)及時(shí)反饋客戶所需要技術(shù)信息給技術(shù)服務(wù)人員,并協(xié)助技術(shù)服務(wù)人員順利作好客戶服務(wù)
9)妥善整理保管往來信函、傳真、合同、價(jià)格變化等并歸檔
